1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CustomReflectiveBelts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Services

CustomReflectiveBelts.com provides custom-printed reflective belts for military units, squadrons, and organizations. Our services include design consultation, mockup creation, and bulk production of custom reflective belts.

3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a binding order or contract. A binding order is only created when both parties have agreed in writing to the design, quantity, pricing, and payment terms.

4. Custom Orders

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this:

  • All sales are final once production has begun
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders except in cases of manufacturing defects
  • Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • It is your responsibility to review and approve the design mockup before authorizing production

5. Design Approval

Before production begins, we will provide a digital mockup of your design for your approval. By approving the mockup in writing, you confirm that the design is correct and authorize production. We are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved mockup.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, patches, artwork, or other design elements through our quote form, you confirm that you have the right to use those elements and grant us a limited license to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of any design elements you provide.

7. Minimum Orders

Our minimum order quantity is approximately 100 belts. Orders below this threshold may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.

8. Pricing

All pricing is custom-quoted based on design complexity and quantity. Quoted prices are valid for [30 days] from the date of the quote unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if order specifications change after the initial quote.

9. Payment

10. Shipping

Shipping costs and timelines will be included in your order quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
